The complex is modern, of high quality, regularly and carefully maintained, and it is only separated from the beach by a street. The accommodation unit is spacious, very comfortable and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. The maisonette is about 50 meters from the beach, while the entire complex is located along the promenade, a short walking distance from most of the facilities in the town. The nearest store is about 800 meters away. A bakery and a market in the center are about 1.5 km away, while another well-stocked bakery and shop are about 1 km away. Supermarkets Lidl and Masoutis are located on the main road, at a distance of approximately 2 km. This duplex maisonette can host up to five people, i.e. four adults and one child. On the lower level there is a living room with a corner sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a filter coffee machine, a toaster, as well as complete dishes and utensils for preparing meals, as well as a toilet. The 160m2 house has a large living room equipped with wooden furniture. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with two single beds, and on the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with a double bed. The accommodation has air conditioning, a fan, TV, internet and the possibility of inserting a cot for babies. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer and all the necessary dishes. It has one large bathroom with a shower enclosed by a wall and one smaller bathroom with a shower with a wall and a curtain, and there is also a washing machine in it. The living room is surrounded by a large terrace with two sofas, and on the ground floor there is a veranda, also with a sofa. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every seven days. The yard is large, fenced, with lots of natural shade, there is also a children's playground, a small pond, benches, seating and a barbecue. Private parking is also provided within the courtyard. As it is only one accommodation unit, it can be a great choice for couples and families who want to be alone, and its beautifully decorated interior is just one more reason to choose it. Accommodation is only 300m away from the sandy beach in Nikiti, as well as from shops and taverns. As we mentioned, this is one accommodation unit, more precisely a five-bed maisonette (60m2). On the lower level there is a living room with a single sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. In the gallery there is a room that is not physically separated by a door and in it there is a single bed which, when unfolded, becomes a double bed. Both levels have a bathroom with a shower with a curtain. The living room has a kitchen that has a large refrigerator with freezer, stove with flat plate and oven, kettle, toaster and necessary utensils. The maisonette has three air conditioners, TV, internet, washing machine, mosquito nets, and the owners can provide a baby cot if needed. In front of the maisonette there is a private seating area with table, chairs and awning. Guests are in charge of maintaining the hygiene of the maisonette, and guests are provided with a new set of towels and bed linen halfway through their stay.
