Maisonette Vangelia is located in Nikiti, near the promenade and the beach. The maisonette can accommodate up to eight people, so it is ideal for a group of friends, several couples or two families. For those who don't like crowds, this maisonette with a private yard and within a private neighborhood can be an excellent choice.
The maisonette is located about 150 meters from the pebbly and sandy part of the beach in Nikiti, while the more beautiful, sandy part of the beach is after passing the port, towards the center. At a distance of about 600m, there is a promenade, taverns, markets, bakeries and souvenir shops.
Although close to all facilities, the accommodation is located in a very quiet place, within a private settlement. The settlement consists of several maisonette complexes and most of them are not rented out, but serve the Greeks who own them as holiday homes.
It consists of a living room with a kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has a standard stove with four rings and an oven, a large fridge with freezer, a toaster and all the utensils for preparing food. The living room also has a toilet (sink and toilet), as well as two sofas that can sleep two children or two slimmer adults. The living room has air conditioning and a TV. From the living room there is an exit to the front and back yard of the house.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, a terrace with a partial sea view and a table with two chairs. The second bedroom has two single beds, a terrace with a view of the village and a table and two chairs. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
On the third level, under the slope, there is a bedroom with a French bed narrower than standard and air conditioning.
The maisonette (64m2) has two private yards, the front area is about 50m2 and the rear area is about 20m2. There is a table with chairs in the shade in the front yard and it is usually a favorite spot for everyone who books this apartment. They usually have lunch there and enjoy socializing and the view of the sea. The entire complex has a common yard where children usually play because there are a few toys.
The complex does not have private parking, but the owners have an agreement that everyone parks their car in front of their maisonette, so one parking space is provided. If you have another car, you can park it along the street, because this part of Nikiti is not so busy, so there is space.
Guests enter a clean apartment, and take care of hygiene themselves during their stay. They get clean bed linen for five days, and because of the pandemic situation, they use their own towels.
Maisonette Vangelia has an excellent location for evening walks, swimming at the city beach, enjoying restaurants and cafes that are a few minutes' walk away.
