Villa Yanis is just 20 m from the entrance to Lozenets' central beach, built as a completely separate two-storey wing of Hotel Yanis. The villa is suitable for group visits. It can accommodate 8, or at most 9 people. It has 4 comfortably furnished double rooms on two floors. The rooms have double beds, while one has two single beds. They have TVs with more than 100 cable channels. Three rooms have terraces with sea views. One terrace is a veranda with a plastic table and chairs and sun loungers for comfortably enjoying the views and the warm summer sun. Also available are a refrigerator, Wi-Fi, two bathrooms, a separate entrance, parking in front of the hotel, a clothes drying rack, a bistro, a summer garden and a children's area.
