Self-contained apartment situated on the ground floor of a family cottage with two entrances. Apartment with 55m2 of useful space has two terraces of 24m2 and 20m2. Front terrace with sea view, and the second, covered terrace with beautiful garden view with Mediterranean trees (pines, lemon, tangerines, figs). Apartment with two double bedrooms, kitchen with a living room, bathroom with a shower and a toilet, additional toilet and two terraces. There is a grill in front of the house which our guests can use for free. Parking is secured for all our guests. House is 25m away from the beach, 200m away from the nearest shop, post office and ambulance are in the center of Okrug Gornji (1km away). Trogir center is 6km and Split airport is 9km from the house.

Trogir, an old historical city over 2000 years old, is only 1500 m away from our house, or with an easy walk 10-15 minutes. In our house we offer you 5 types of apartments. 50 m below our apartments there is a sandy beach. Sandy beaches continue on top of each other for 2-3 km. The beach has shade for all those who do not like direct sunlight. Right next to our house there is a grocery store. The city of Split is only 25 km away from us. We come to the airport to pick up guests who stay with us for 7 days or more. In front of the house is a lawn with flowers and a large pomegranate tree (pomegranate) and fig. We rent 4 apartments. Each apartment has 3 stars and seats for 4 people. Each apartment has 48 m2, has 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom with washing machine, dining room, living room with double bed and also leather furniture, kitchen with all appliances (and dishwasher) and a terrace overlooking the sea. All furniture is new. Towels are changed every 3-4 days, and clean bed linen every 7 days. The apartments are air conditioned and have satellite TV in both the living room and the bedroom. Guests can also be served with a terrace in the courtyard where there is a barbecue. Nearby are tennis courts, supermarket, restaurants, etc.
