The building is only 250 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the center of Vasiliki, halfway to the village of Pondi. The studios are spacious, 40-45m2. All are located on the third floor and have the best view in the villa. Double studios contain one double bed and one single bed. The apartments are 50m2. They have one double bed in the bedroom and one double or two single beds in the living room. Also, both studios and apartments have a dining area with a dining table. In the studios there is also a sofa, while in the apartments you can add another bed for a fifth person, or a cot for a child. All accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen, a safe, plasma TV and air conditioning, a bathroom with a bathtub or shower and a hairdryer, a large terrace with an awning that opens up a view of the sea or the mountain, as well as mosquito nets. There is also wireless internet throughout the building, which is available to guests 24/7. The service in the accommodation is at the highest level, so it is possible to inquire about everything at the reception of the villa. After entering Vasiliki and passing the SPetrol pump, turn right at the first intersection and drive 120m. At the next intersection, turn right towards the town and Pondi Beach, drive straight on the road for another 400m until you come across Imperial Studios on the right. This apartment has 40 square meters, a small kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a terrace with seating (but no view). All accommodation units have a hairdryer, mosquito nets, kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, and most units have a terrace/porch with a view of the sea. Apartments have ovens, studios only hotplates. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while cleaning is done daily.
