The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small residential building, in a quiet area and is suitable for 2-3 people. The apartment is 50m2 in size and consists of a large bedroom, kitchen with dining area and terrace. It is fully equipped (refrigerator, coffee maker, satellite TV, washing machine) and has its own parking space (next to the apartment). In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are all important facilities: shops, city market, parks, post office, banks, cafes, restaurants and the city beach, all within ten minutes walk. Nearby are the city port, marina, hotels, tennis courts and many other sports facilities, everything that will make your stay pleasant and unforgettable.

In a quiet part of Novigrad there are two apartments located in a family house near the fantastic beach and the city center. Each apartment has its own covered terrace. Guests also have an outdoor shower and a shared covered terrace in the garden, on the ground floor. The smaller apartment is located on the ground floor, while the larger one is on the first floor. Each apartment has a car parking space. Nearby are all the necessary facilities: restaurants, markets, etc. Upon receipt of the reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance of 30% of the price of accommodation within 5 days and the reservation becomes final. The rest of the amount is paid on the day of arrival in the apartment in euros or in kunas at the current exchange rate. Reservations are in the main season of the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival is after 2 pm, and departure from the apartment until 10 am. Pets, dogs and the like are not allowed in the apartments. The price of the stay includes all taxes as well as guest registration.
