Amphitrite Sea Side Maisonette is located in Nikiti, in an exceptional location in the immediate vicinity of the sea, the beach and all the amenities that this lively and beautifully decorated place offers. It is located in the very center of the town, so shops, restaurants, cafes and the promenade are easily accessible on foot. The accommodation itself is spacious and modernly furnished, providing everything needed for a comfortable and peaceful vacation, ideal for families and friends who want relaxation and comfort. It is in an excellent position for visiting Sithonia, because Nikiti is at the crossroads between the west and east coasts, so numerous beaches on both sides of the peninsula are easily accessible. Some of the most beautiful beaches in this part of Halkidiki are located very close to Nikiti, while the town itself offers a long promenade along the sea and a nice, mostly sandy, town beach. Thanks to all this, Amphitrite Sea Side Maisonette is an excellent choice for a vacation in Sithonia.

The three-bedroom apartment, which is a maisonette in its structure, is spread over four levels and can accommodate a maximum of seven adults. On the upper ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a toilet, while in the basement there is one bedroom. Stairs lead to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while in the attic there is a slightly raised, open gallery. In one bedroom and on the open gallery there is a double bed each, in one bedroom there is a bed for one person, while in the bedroom in the basement there are two beds for one person.

On request, within the price, a baby cot is available to guests.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has air conditioners in the living room and in the bedrooms, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as an equipped kitchen with four hotplates, a large oven, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.

There are two balconies on the first floor, one of which is equipped with seating, while on the ground floor there is a veranda with an additional place to rest.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean apartment and during their stay they take care of hygiene themselves, as well as changing bed linen and towels, which they receive from the owner every three days. There is a possibility of additional cleaning for an additional fee.

A parking spot is not guaranteed, but you can usually find a free spot on the street in front of the property.
