Stella's Beach House is a maisonette located in a complex along the coast, in one of the most beautiful locations in Nikiti. The complex is modern, of high quality, regularly and carefully maintained, and it is only separated from the beach by a street. The accommodation unit is spacious, very comfortable and fully equipped for a pleasant stay.

The maisonette is about 50 meters from the beach, while the entire complex is located along the promenade, a short walking distance from most of the facilities in the town. The nearest store is about 800 meters away. A bakery and a market in the center are about 1.5 km away, while another well-stocked bakery and shop are about 1 km away. Supermarkets Lidl and Masoutis are located on the main road, at a distance of approximately 2 km.

This duplex maisonette can host up to five people, i.e. four adults and one child. On the lower level there is a living room with a corner sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a filter coffee machine, a toaster, as well as complete dishes and utensils for preparing meals, as well as a toilet. Upstairs there are two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other is equipped with bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower-tub with a curtain and a washing machine.

The maisonette has a veranda in front of the entrance, equipped with a parasol and a dining table, as well as a balcony on the first floor with a side view of the sea, which has seating. The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, internet, mosquito nets, roller blinds, a clothes dryer and a feeder for children. Guests have at their disposal clean sets of bed linen and towels for replacement, as well as means for maintaining hygiene, while they take care of cleanliness during their stay.

In front of the accommodation there is a small, beautifully decorated and fenced grassy yard, while there are no other yard areas. Guests can park on the street in front of the maisonette.

Stella's Beach House is located on the coastal promenade, in the direction from the center of Nikiti towards Saint George Beach.
