We offer five studios (28-38m2) on the ground floor (a few steps above road level) with a view of the street and one duplex apartment (70m2) on the first floor with a view of the courtyard and the street. Two double studios (#1 and #2) have one double bed. The remaining three studios (#3, #4 and #5) are three-bed and each have a double bed and a single bed. In studio number 4, the French bed is slightly separated. The studios have an equipped kitchen with a stove, a small fridge, a toaster, an electric kettle and a bathroom with a shower. Only a baby cot can be inserted into the double-bed studios, while an extra bed can be added into the three-bed studios. The duplex apartment has two bedrooms with one double bed each. If necessary, two additional beds can be added. Both bedrooms open onto the terrace with a view of the street, while the terrace with a view of the courtyard is accessed from the living room. The kitchen is equipped and has a stove and a large refrigerator. The bathroom is older and has a bathtub with a curtain. The apartment has three air conditioners.
