Hotel Katerina is located in the first row to the sea and has a spacious green courtyard that all studios and apartments overlook. Parking, free internet and a barbecue are available to guests, and breakfast is available for an extra charge.
It is only separated from the beach (about 200m) by the forest that adorns this area.
The accommodation was renovated in 2011. There are 12 accommodation units on offer - seven studios and five duplex apartments arranged in four buildings located in a spacious green yard.
In the first building there are two duplex apartments (about 60m2). One is on the ground floor, and the other is on the first floor, and they are decorated identically. Both bedrooms have two single beds, while the living room has a sofa bed for two adults. The apartments have two bathrooms with shower cabins, the kitchen is fully equipped with a small fridge and stove, and the terrace offers a view of the yard.
In the second building there are two more duplex apartments (about 60m2) decorated in the same way as in the first building. One is on the ground floor, the other is on the first floor, and both overlook the courtyard.
In the third building, there are six studios (about 25m2), three each on the ground floor and on the first floor, and they are arranged in the same way. Two studios on the ground floor have one double bed, a sofa for one adult and a sofa bed, while the third differs only in that it has two single beds instead of a double bed. The bathroom has a shower cabin, the kitchen is fully equipped with a small fridge and stove, and the terrace overlooks the yard.
There is a studio (about 30m2) on the ground floor of the fourth building, and a duplex apartment (about 55m2) on the first floor. The studio has two single beds, a sofa for one adult and a pull-out armchair, a bathroom with a shower and an equipped kitchen with a small fridge and a stove. The duplex apartment has two bedrooms (one double and two single beds), a living room with a sofa bed for two adults, one bathroom with a shower, the kitchen is the same as the other accommodation units, and the terrace overlooks the courtyard.
There is a possibility of adding an extra bed, as well as a cot for babies. All accommodation units have mosquito nets, hairdryer and wireless internet access. The restaurant serves only breakfast (buffet table). Other meals cannot be ordered.
Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed every two days, and bed linen is changed every three days.
The yard is very nicely decorated, full of flowers, trees and an area with toys for children. There is also a brick grill with seating.
Guests have access to a large public parking lot in front of the hotel.
If you want decent accommodation, on the coast, a minute from a wide and long sandy beach, Hotel Katerina can be an excellent choice.
