Liogerma Apartments is located about 2.5 km from the fantastic Kathisma beach. It has four-bed apartments and six-bed duplex apartments. Guests have at their disposal a beautifully decorated yard with seating sets, a shared barbecue and a swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds. There is a private covered parking for each vehicle. Wireless internet is available throughout the facility.

The facility is about 3.5 km from the center of Agios Nikitas.

Liogerma Apartments consists of two identical houses and in each there is one six-bed duplex with an area of ​​about 60m2 and one four-bed apartment (60m2).

Six-bed duplex apartments have a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

The four-bed apartment has a double bed in one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.

If there is availability, the whole house can be rented for 10 people or the whole building at once for 20 people.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, a TV, a large kitchen with a stove and a large refrigerator, a bathroom with a hairdryer, and a terrace or veranda with a view of the sea.

Bed linen and towels are changed every third day of stay, while cleaning is done daily.

The property can be reached by driving 10 km from Lefkas, passing Agios Nikitas, passing the turn for Kathisma beach and after 1.5 km on the right side of the road you will come across the gate of the villa.
