Apartments and rooms in a two-storey villa located in a quiet, green area a few steps from the Old Town of Budva and near the sandy beach Mogren. Special mention should be made of the well-kept green yard with a spacious common terrace for relaxing guests.

The nearest beaches (Pizana and Richard's Head) are 250 meters away, and they, like the Old Town, can be reached directly by small steps. The walk takes about 5 minutes. On the way to the sea and in the Old Town itself, there are a large number of cafes and restaurants, as well as a supermarket and numerous clothing boutiques.

All rooms of the villa are equipped with private bathroom, balcony (or terrace), air conditioning and cable TV, have wireless internet access. Each apartment has a kitchen, and the rooms have an electric kettle and tea set. Parking is 100 meters from the villa and is charged extra.
