The villa is located a few steps from the sea, on the left side of the highway coming from the direction of Prinos, right next to the Vlahos tavern. It offers a lot of opportunities for a nice vacation, since it has a swimming pool, as well as a restaurant with a bar. Accommodation is located in Skala Kalirahi, 300 meters from the sea and the center of the village with various shops. At the highest point after the second building is a swimming pool with a bar and restaurant. The facility was built in 1998, and the owners completely renovated the accommodation in 2023. It is about 1km away from the first shop and bakery. In its offer, this facility has eight accommodation units - three two-bed studios (20m2), two three-bed studios (20m2), two four-bed studios (20m2) and one three-bed studio in the attic (20m2). The layout of the beds is very simple, so the two-bed studios have one double bed, the three-bed studios have one double bed and one single bed, while the four-bed studios have one double bed and bunk beds. One four-bed studio is located on the ground floor, while the other four-bed studio, together with two-bed and three-bed studios, is located on the first floor.
