Sani Luxury Villas is a peaceful oasis, nestled among lush gardens in a secluded part of the Halkidiki peninsula, within walking distance of the resort's sandy beach, restaurants, shops and entertainment. The accommodation complex consists of comfortable villas, named after the wonderful plants of the same name that make up the luxurious landscape of this picturesque corner of Greece. The design of the villas is imbued with Greek tradition, but this has not been done at the expense of comfort - luxurious details and state-of-the-art technology fit perfectly into the interior and contribute to the creation of an atmosphere of comfort.

All villas consist of three large bedrooms, spacious living rooms, fully equipped kitchens, covered terraces, open balconies, verandas with seating, as well as a large communal pool with a separate area for children. However, each of the villas has its own special characteristics, both in terms of design and equipment. For example, villas Anemone, Artemisia, Azalea and Asteri offer an outdoor jacuzzi on the balcony. Villa Azalea enchants with its distinctive decoration with an emphasis on Aegean blue, while, for example, Villa Artemisia impresses with an abundance of wood and marble in the interior, as well as a high level of privacy.

Villa Asteri is a bit isolated and is located 700m away from other villas. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry room, while on the first floor there are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. A baby cot is available upon request, without additional charge.

In the air-conditioned accommodation (air conditioners are located in the living room and bedroom), guests have free Wi-Fi, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four hotplates, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.

In some units, with prior agreement and without additional costs, small pets are also allowed.

Cleaning of accommodation and replacement of bed linen and towels is done every third day of stay.

Guests are provided with a guaranteed parking space in the building's yard.
