Prcanj is a place of exceptional natural beauty and cultural-historical tradition. It is known as an air spa with lots of greenery and medicinal herbs. Tre Sorelle, the Church of the Mother of God and the house of Iva Visina are just some of the buildings that complete the history of Prcanj. It is 5km away from the city (15 minutes drive). On the coast there are both sandy beaches and bridges.

The wonderful ambience and surroundings of our apartments make them special. They are located 80m from the sea. Every hour there is a bus going in the direction of Tivat and Kotor. Also, many restaurants on the coast will complete the beauty of your stay in Prcanj. Your mornings in our apartments will be enhanced by the wonderful chirping of birds.

Apartment BIS 1
This apartment has 75 square meters. It has 3 bedrooms (2 of them have double beds and 3 have 2 beds), bathroom, living room and dining room, fully equipped kitchen and pantry. The highlight of our apartment is a large terrace equipped with seating furniture from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Bay of Kotor on one side and the pine forest on the other. The price of the apartment per night is 60 euros per night. It is possible to adjust the price depending on the length of stay and the number of people.

This apartment has 35 square meters. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with one double bed and two single beds. It has two terraces. on one side, and on the other to the pine forest. The price of the apartment is 35 euros per night.

Apartment BIS 3
It has 28 square meters. It includes a double bed with overhead, dining table, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It also has a radiator and air conditioning. On the terrace there is a garden furniture from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Bay of Kotor on one side and on the other side in view of the pine forest. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house. The price is 25 euros per night.
