The apartments are located 15 m from the sea, 8 km from the center of Tivat, and 8 km from the center of Kotor. In the immediate vicinity there are 3 restaurants, shops, bakery and Post. Each apartment is air conditioned, offers a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, wireless internet and satellite TV channels. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with a seating area, a living room with a TV and a separate bedroom. The apartments have a view of the two islands of Our Lady of Skrpjela and Sv. George and the city of Perast. Along the hiking trail that leads you to Gornji Stoliv, you will enjoy a beautiful view of the bay, the two islands of Our Lady of Skrpjelo and Sv. George and the city of Perast. It takes 30 minutes of easy walking to reach Gornji Stoliv. During the walk you will enjoy nature with chestnut and olive trees. Such beautiful nature with various trees represents the air spa for which Stoliv is famous.
The public bus stop is only 15 m away. Tivat Airport is 9 km away. Each apartment has its own parking space in the yard of the building which is provided with video surveillance. In front of the apartment there is a pebble beach.
