Ljuta is a small quiet place located in the Bay of Kotor, located 7 km from Kotor and 5 km from Perast. In this place there is a large sandy beach, with a large number of concrete pontoons that are next to the apartment and from which there is a beautiful view of the Peres islands.
The apartment is located by the sea in the new building "Philipson" on the second floor and has two balconies from which you can enjoy the sunset. Distance from the beach is 10 meters.
Tourist tax is not included in the price.
