I am renting an apartment in an excellent location in the center of Budva, at the very beginning of a quiet settlement. Shops are only a minute away, and the first shopping center, cafes, restaurants, beaches, pharmacies are only a 5-minute walk away.
The old town is only a 7-minute walk away.

The apartment is in a luxury neighborhood, a new building and is located on the first floor. It has a private parking space in the building's garage (free of charge), and the apartment can be reached by elevator from the garage. The apartment is fully equipped and designed for a maximum of 4 people.
Central air conditioning, TV with many channels, free Wi-Fi internet, kitchen, two terraces and two bathrooms.
It has one bedroom with its own bathroom and terrace. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa, a large bathroom with a bathtub, a large terrace.

The price in June and September is €70 per day, from July 1 to July 15. is €90, from 15.07.-20.08. is €110. From 20.08. until the end of September €60.
