If you are looking for accommodation in Vourvourou near one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, with a swimming pool, a spacious yard and an excellent pizzeria, Top Studios is the right choice for you. Due to the large and well-kept yard, it is recommended for families with children, but also for everyone who wants to rest in peace and quiet.
Karidi beach is 500 m away, and the nearest shops and taverns are 550 m away.
Top Studios consists of two buildings. In building A (above the pizzeria) there are four studios, while in building B (behind the pool) there are 13 studios and two apartments.
Three-bed or four-bed superior studios (25 m2) are located in building B. They have one French and one single bed or a sofa bed for two children.
Four-bed deluxe family studios (25m2) are located in building A. They have one French and one single bed or a sofa bed for two children up to 10 years old.
Two-bed deluxe studios (20 m2) are located in building A and have one double bed.
The five-bed apartment has a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with two single beds or a sofa bed (with the possibility of adding a third bed). The apartments are located on the ground floor of building B, where the balconies are slightly below ground level. They are ideal for families with 2-3 children.
Accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets and a balcony with a table, chairs and an awning. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary dishes, a stove with two hotplates (some accommodation units have a mini-stove with an oven) and a small refrigerator with a hair dryer. The bathrooms have a shower with a curtain. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days.
The house was built in 2008, and every year something is renovated. It is located in a nice large yard with a swimming pool, umbrellas and sunbeds, a playground for children and private parking. A barbecue is also available to guests in the yard. Within the accommodation there is a Pizza Top pizzeria, with a special offer for breakfast.
Small pets are welcome by agreement with the owner.
