Emi House is located in a quiet location in Vourvourou. It offers ideal accommodation for lovers of nature and peace. This property opens onto a private sandy beach with natural shade, which provides a unique opportunity to enjoy peace and natural beauty without the crowds. The beach is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, and two canoes are available for guests to enjoy on the water. All accommodation units have a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Diaporos.
The distance from the center of the town, where all necessary amenities are located, is 1 km, while the popular Karidi beach is 2.5 km away.
The accommodation has seven spacious and bright units, which are distributed on the ground floor, first and second floors. Guests can choose between studios and apartments with one or two bedrooms. Studios for three people contain a double bed and a single bed in the kitchen. Apartments for three people have a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom. Apartment no. 6 can accommodate five people and has two double beds in the bedrooms and a single bed in the kitchen area. Apartment no. 7 also accommodates five people and has a double bed in the bedroom, a single bed and a sofa for two people in the kitchen. Apartment no. 5 capacity for six people has one double bed and one single bed in each bedroom.
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning and have TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi internet, hair dryer, and iron and ironing board are available on request. The kitchen in each unit includes a large fridge freezer, a stove with a small oven and three hotplates, a kettle and a coffee machine. Toaster and microwave oven are available only in apartment number 5. Depending on the number of floors of the accommodation unit, guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea from the veranda or balcony, which are equipped with seating.
The yard is large, fenced and carefully maintained, full of greenery and flowers, offers numerous facilities - deck chairs and umbrellas for sunbathing, a children's playground, as well as two summer houses with barbecue. From the yard there is direct access to the private sandy beach, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas that guests can use free of charge, and they also have two canoes available for additional fun. Private parking is provided in the yard, and guests also have access to a boat ramp.
Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. There are also two washing machines that can be used free of charge.
Due to the combination of a private beach, convenience for families, romantic surroundings and amenities for nature lovers, Emi House is an excellent choice for those looking for relaxation, activity and comfort in one place.
