This comfortable and carefully designed apartment is located on the first floor of a smaller building and is ideal for a family holiday or a stay with close friends. It is about 3.3 km from the nearest beach and is the perfect combination of privacy and good connectivity, a place where the peace of mainland Greece meets the beauty of the Aegean coast. A spacious balcony with seating, a private barbecue, a fireplace in the living room and a natural environment contribute to a pleasant atmosphere, with modern facilities available all year round. Sitholia Apartment is an excellent choice for those who want an authentic Greek atmosphere without sacrificing comfort, both in summer and in the colder months.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to five adults and consists of two separate bedrooms, a spacious living room connected to the kitchen and dining room, as well as a modern bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second is equipped with bunk beds and an additional pull-out bed, which makes it especially suitable for children. In the living room there is a sofa that cannot be extended and is suitable for sleeping one child. The furniture and layout of the space create a warm, family atmosphere and enable a functional and pleasant stay.
A baby cot and feeding table are available on request, which further adapts the accommodation to the needs of families with small children.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has fast and stable WiFi internet, which makes it suitable for those who want to combine vacation and remote work. In the living room there is a smart TV with the possibility of using platforms such as Netflix. A washing machine and hair dryer are also available to guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and allows for the preparation of simple as well as more complex meals - there is a ceramic plate with four hotplates, a large oven, a fridge with a freezer, a coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, a kettle and a toaster.
