Theofilos House is located in mainland Greece, near the town of Triglia, on the west coast of Halkidiki, and is an excellent choice for guests who want a quiet vacation close to major tourist centers. This studio offers complete privacy and is about 9 km from the nearest beach, and is especially suitable for couples with small children who want to enjoy the quiet and family environment.

The studio is located in the semi-basement of the owner's house and is intended for up to two adults and two children. Within the studio there is a bathroom and kitchen area, while in the same room there is a double bed and a sofa intended for children, which enables a pleasant and functional stay.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and WiFi internet. Guests have at their disposal a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four rings, a large oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and a large fridge with a freezer, which allows for independent preparation of meals and the feeling of being at home.

In front of the studio there is a private veranda with a view of a neat, fenced yard, equipped with a pergola, seating and deck chairs. Natural shade and carefully arranged outdoor space make this place ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Theofilos House is a pet-friendly accommodation and the stay of pets is allowed at no extra charge, which makes it an excellent choice for guests who want to bring their four-legged family members on vacation. The fenced yard and peaceful surroundings provide additional security and comfort, especially for dog owners.

The cleaning of the studio, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every three days, which ensures a high level of hygiene during the stay. Guests can also use the washing machine at no extra cost, which is especially practical for longer stays.

For guests arriving by car, private parking is provided within the fenced yard, with enough space for several vehicles. The parking lot is located directly in front of the building and provides easy access and additional security.

Although Theofilos House is not located directly by the sea, the nearest beach is about a fifteen minute drive away. Thanks to the proximity of Nea Moudania, guests have easy access to restaurants, shops and various facilities. Popular resorts such as Nea Potidea, Nea Fokea, Afitos and Kalikratia on the eastern side, as well as Sani, Elani and Siviri on the western side of Kassandra, are at a distance of 20 to 40 km and are easily accessible by car. The nearest major airport is Aerodrom Makedonija in Thessaloniki, about 50 km away, which can be reached in less than an hour by a modern highway.
