If you are looking for the perfect combination of quality accommodation, location and friendly hosts, Jolanda's House will not let you down. The owners of this accommodation put hygiene and quality first and for this reason this is one of the best accommodation in Toroni. Although it is located in the center of town, very close to taverns, a children's playground and the beach, thanks to the nicely decorated and tucked away yard, you will have a real vacation without noise.

The accommodation is 150m away from a well-maintained, sandy beach and a supermarket. The most famous taverns and children's playground are at the same distance as the beach and the market, while the best gyros in Toroni is only 50m from the accommodation, so we can say that everything you need for a perfect vacation is at your fingertips.

The accommodation has 10 three-bed studios, most of which have French beds, but there are also studios with two single beds. Each three-bed studio has another bed that can be pulled out from under the French or single bed, or an extra bed for a third person can be added to the studio. They are located on the high ground floor or on the first floor. The offer also includes two double-bed studios with French beds or two single beds, but it is important to emphasize that each three-bed studio can be rented out for the price of a double bed. The accommodation also has two smaller four-bed apartments (2+2), which have a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there is a single bed under which another bed can be pulled out. These apartments are intended for families with two smaller children and are located on the first floor.

The offer includes nine four-bed apartments, of which three are duplex apartments, and six are ordinary one-bedroom apartments. Duplex apartments have a double bed in one bedroom, while the other has two single beds, while ordinary apartments have a double bed in the bedroom, and in the room where the kitchen is, there is a single bed under which another bed can be pulled out. The apartments are arranged on the first floor and on the ground floor. There are also two five-bed duplex apartments that have a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a couch that does not extend out in the living room. These apartments are located three steps below ground level, in the basement and on the first floor. There are also two five-bed maisonettes located on the second floor that overlook the courtyard and parking lot. In the gallery there are two single beds, in the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a couch that does not extend. These maisonettes have two terraces.

Each accommodation unit has a TV, WiFi internet, air conditioning, mosquito nets and awnings or awnings for sun protection (except for the accommodation units in the basement), as well as clothes dryers. The apartments have safes and hair dryers. Most apartments have shower cabins in the bathrooms or just an enclosed shower area with a curtain, while all studios have only an enclosed shower area with a curtain. Five-bed and four-bed apartments have large refrigerators, while other accommodation units have small refrigerators. It is important to note that the five-bed apartments in the basement are also nicely lit and have a terrace with a table and chairs for sitting in the courtyard.
