Toroni Seazen Rooms is a modest accommodation located about 300m from the center of Toroni and other facilities in the first row to the beach, only 20m from the sea, so some of the accommodation units have a fantastic view of the sea. It is an excellent choice for those who want more affordable accommodation in an excellent location, as well as for families with children due to the spacious yard.

The nearest supermarket is 70m away, and every morning at half past eight a mini van with fresh bread and pastries from the bakery passes by.

The house was built in 1984, and in 2013 some of the accommodation units were renovated for the last time. It consists of two five-bed apartments (45m2), one four-bed apartment (27m2) and two three-bed studios (20m2).

Five-bed apartments number 1 and 2 are located on the ground floor. They have two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a modest bathroom and a balcony. The bedrooms have one French and one single bed each, or two joined single beds.

The four-bed apartment number 3 is located on the first floor. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a living room with a kitchen, a large refrigerator and another single bed.

Two three-bed studios number 4 and 5 are located on the first floor. They have one French and one single bed each, with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a child. The bathrooms in the five-bed apartments are more modest, as is the accommodation in general, but in the three-bed studios number 4 and 5, as well as in the four-bed apartment number 3, the bathrooms have been renovated. The studios have a kitchen equipped with necessary utensils and a large refrigerator.

Three-bed studio number 6 is located on the ground floor. It has one double and one single bed without the possibility of adding an extra bed. The kitchen has a small refrigerator and a two-burner stove. The bathroom has a shower without a curtain.

Apartments and studios have TV and Internet, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and all guests are provided with private parking in the yard, where they can also use a barbecue. Bed linen and towels are provided, but the guests change them themselves, asking the owner if necessary.

To get to the accommodation Toroni Seazen Rooms, when you enter Toroni, drive along the street next to the beach and after passing the Georgiadis Hotel located on the beach itself, you will drive another 100m and you will reach the accommodation on the right.

The great advantage of the accommodation is that it is located next to the sea and has a yard, so it is a good choice for families who want accommodation close to the beach, at reasonable prices.
