About 300m from the Smile supermarket in Toroni, to the left of the promenade by Hristina Apartments and about 300m from the beach, perfectly tucked away among beautiful tall palm trees and other trees, is Sophia House. Although the accommodation was built between 1995 and 2000, renovations are done every year. If you imagine your vacation surrounded by greenery, in the shade, away from noise, with a beautiful sandy beach just a few minutes' walk away, Sophia House is the right choice for you.
The market and the first taverns are about 300m from the accommodation.
The accommodation consists of a bungalow and a house with a high ground floor and first floor.
On the upper ground floor there is an apartment (70m2) with three bedrooms and three balconies (one exits from the kitchen, the other two from the two bedrooms). The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed and a single folding sofa. The bathroom is nicely decorated and has a bathtub, and the kitchen is fully equipped.
On the first floor is an apartment (30m2) with one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with the kitchen. The bathroom is modestly furnished and has a shower with a curtain. The neighboring apartment (40m2) is located on the corner of the house and has a large corner terrace with a view of the courtyard, one French bed in the bedroom and a living room with a kitchen, a dining table with chairs, a single bed and a single folding sofa. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The balconies of these two apartments are separated by large flower pots.
In the bungalows there is an apartment (55m2) with two bedrooms. The first has one double bed, and the second has two narrower than standard double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge, and the bathroom is spacious.
We also offer three studios (30m2) with balconies. In the first there is one French (narrower than standard) and two single beds, while the kitchen is separate. The other has one double bed narrower than standard and a sofa bed in the kitchen. The third studio has one double bed, two bunk beds and a kitchen in the same room. One of the beds in the studios is smaller, for small children. The bathrooms are modest and have a shower without a curtain.
The three-bed studio (28m2) has one double bed and one single bed each, and the four-bed studio (33m2) has two double beds.
One extra bed can be added to all accommodation units for an additional fee. A cot for children up to 2 years is also available and can also be added to all rooms.
Accommodation units have mosquito nets, air conditioning, TV and internet, and you can use a washing machine for an extra charge if you need it. The set of bed linen and towels is changed every 6-7 days, but earlier if you request it.
In the yard, swings, deckchairs (not to be taken to the beach) and hammocks are available to guests in the yard, which contribute to a relaxed atmosphere, and while the children are playing, there are two brick grills and a table with chairs. In addition, there is a large enough space for parking in the rear part of the yard.
After passing the Barracuda bar from the direction of Neos Marmaras, turn into the first alley on the left and after 200m you will see Sophia House on the right in a spacious yard.
This accommodation is ideal for families with children or several families who want to vacation together and have privacy. With their kindness and helpfulness, the owners make you feel at home and are available for whatever you need.
