LUS Apartment is located in the southwest of the Sithonia peninsula, in Toroni, a place with fantastic sunsets, which boasts one of the longest beaches in Sithonia, from which it is only 60m away, and more than two kilometers of fine golden sand will delight you and make you carefree about the crowds on the beach.

The apartment, intended for the stay of up to five adults, has a maisonette structure on two levels, which on the lower level, on the level of the first floor, has a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, while on the second level, in the attic, there is an open gallery with a sleeping area and a bedroom. In the bedrooms of this apartment there is one double bed, while in the open gallery there is one bed for one person.

A baby cot is available to guests upon request and included in the price.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has air conditioning in the living room, while there is a fan in the attic bedroom, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, both in the living room and in the attic bedroom, a hair dryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic rings, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a filter coffee machine and a toaster.

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the sea on the balcony equipped with seating, as well as enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

The cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are at their disposal, are performed by the guests themselves.

There is no parking space provided for accommodation guests, but there is always a free parking space in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, along the street.
