If you want accommodation in the second row to the sea in Toroni, Giota Studios is the right choice for you. A big plus for accommodation is an attractive location near taverns, cafes and the beach itself, as well as free sunbeds for guests.

The accommodation is about 20m from the beach, there is a tavern within the accommodation, and the nearest supermarket is only 50m away.

The accommodation is divided into two owners, so one part of the units is called Giota Studios, and the other is called Elegant Stelios Villa. Giota Studios offers one three-bed studio (No. 1) and two four-bed studios (No. 2 and 3) on the first floor. The three-bed studio, with a view of the back yard, has one double bed and one single bed. Of the two four-bed studios, both with sea views, one has two double beds that are narrower than standard (no. 2), and the other has one double and bunk beds (no. 3).

All studios have air conditioning, WiFi internet, TV, mosquito nets, a terrace with a table and chairs for sitting, a line for drying clothes, an equipped kitchen with the necessary dishes, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle and a two-burner stove. The bathrooms have an enclosed shower area and a curtain. Towels and bed linen are changed every five days, while guests are responsible for hygiene during their stay.

All guests are provided with a private parking lot as well as a brick barbecue with a table and chairs for socializing. Each room gets two deckchairs and a beach umbrella free of charge.
