House Evristhenis is located about 240m from the beach and about 200m from the first market. It consists of two buildings, one ground floor and one two-storey. In the ground floor there are six three-bed studios (studio type A) and one smaller apartment (studio type B), while in the two-storey there are four apartments (apartment type A).

It is suitable for families with children or for couples who want a quiet holiday, not far from the beach, taverns and bars, and yet protected from noise. The yard is full of greenery and flowers, and the atmosphere is further enhanced by a barbecue with seating sets that are available to all guests. A small playground with swings and a slide is provided for the youngest ones.

Studio Type A / one bedroom apartment for 2 - 3 people: Each studio is approximately 23m2 with a balcony of 5, 70m2. It consists of a bedroom with double bed and one single bed, which contains a fitted kitchen, SAT-TV, bathroom (shower / toilet) and a balcony overlooking the garden.

Studio Type B / one-bedroom apartment for 2 - 4 people with separate kitchen: This studio has a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 people, a separate kitchen, air conditioning, satellite TV, shower / toilet and a balcony overlooking the garden.

Apartment Type B / two-room apartment for 4 - 5 persons: Each apartment is approximately 52m2 with a balcony of 7.80m2 and has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), nicely equipped kitchen, SAT-TV, large bathroom shower / toilet) and a balcony overlooking the garden.

Bed linen and towels are cleaned and changed every 5 days.

Beach: At 190m there is a long, beautiful, sandy beach that stretches to the archeological site of Toroni.
