Efi's House is located about 300m from the sandy beach, in a very quiet part of Toroni, in a beautiful yard with furniture for sitting, canvas swings for lounging, plenty of natural shade and facilities for children. One of the most popular accommodations in Sithonia offers guests a nice and pleasant vacation, and the price-quality ratio is excellent.

The first market and tavern are about 350m from the accommodation.

The house was built in 1987 and has been renovated several times, the last time in 2016. It consists of four four-bed studios (17m2) on the upper ground floor. Three studios have one double bed narrower than standard and two bunk beds, and the fourth has one double bed narrower than standard and a single bed with a drawer bed.

All studios have a view of the yard, which is fenced and full of natural shade. A brick barbecue, as well as a parking lot, are available to guests.

The studios are air-conditioned and have TV, internet, mosquito nets, bathroom and kitchen with large fridge with freezer compartment and stove. They have terraces separated by partitions, but if two families who know each other live in the studios next to each other, the partition can be removed and a common terrace can be created. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days.

To get to Efi's House accommodation, when you enter Toroni, drive along the street next to the beach and before the Vuthos bar you will turn right and continue straight on the dirt road, you will drive another 300m and you will reach Efi's accommodation.

It is ideal for families who want a quiet accommodation. The owner is very pleasant and always ready to help her guests.
