Maraki studios is located in Thimonia, five minutes from the beach of the same name. It offers renovated studios, most of which have a view of the sea. It is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped yard, and there is also a parking lot for guests of the accommodation.
The nearest beach is Thimonia, 350m from the accommodation and you can reach it partly by the highway. It is partly sandy and partly rocky, with a very clean sea. It is not crowded and you can really enjoy it. Kekes and Aliki beaches are only a minute or two away by car. Potos is about 18 km away. The nearest bar is in a nearby hotel by the beach, a restaurant by Kekes beach, and a market and a larger selection of restaurants by Aliki beach.
Maraki Studios is a newly built facility with very nicely decorated studios, with new and modern furniture, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with a phenomenal view of the sea, beach, surrounding hills and greenery.
There are ten studios on offer, which are located on the ground floor, first and second floors. They are equipped with quality beds, made of wrought iron, with thick and comfortable mattresses. Studios and balconies are spacious enough.
There are five studios on the ground floor.
Three studios are three-bed (22m2) with one double bed and one single bed. One has a direct sea view, another has a mountain view and a partial sea view, and the third has no view.
Two studios have four beds, with one double bed and two bunk beds. One is smaller (22m2) and has a direct view of the sea, while the other is larger (25m2), more precisely with a larger bathroom and also has a view of the sea.
There are four more studios on the first floor.
One studio is double (18m2) and has a double bed and a direct view of the sea from the terrace.
Three studios are three-bed (22m2) and each have one double bed and one single bed. One has a direct view of the sea, another has a partial view, and the third has a view of the mountains.
On the second floor there is a four-bed studio (35m2). It is a studio with a low ceiling that has one double bed and two single beds. The terrace has a fantastic view of the sea. The bathroom has a shower without a curtain and a bathtub (only tiles).
Each studio has air conditioning, TV, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The bathrooms have a shower tub with a curtain.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels is done every 4 days, and more often if desired.
In the yard there is a grassy area with sunbeds and a playground for children.
A large parking lot is available to guests.
When coming from the direction of Limenas, the accommodation is located 2 km after Aliki, on the hill on the left side of the highway. You will see a detour sign on the road.
If you want quality accommodation in a quiet place, with a nice view, near the sea, outside the crowds and commercial places, Maraki Studios can be an excellent choice.
