Our description
Accommodation is located in Pereja, about 50m from the beach.

Mama Apartment is a completely renovated apartment in a residential building, in a phenomenal location, with two private parking spaces. The apartment (64m2) has a terrace (18m2), two separate bedrooms and a living room with a sofa that folds into a double bed, so it is suitable for six people. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a coffee maker and dishwasher. Guests also have at their disposal a washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as towels for replacement in large numbers, if guests stay longer. The apartment is secured, has an alarm and video surveillance, as well as mosquito nets on the windows and doors.

The proximity of the promenade, restaurants and taverns makes Mama Apartment the perfect choice for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The beach is several kilometers long, and along it there are restaurants, taverns, cafes and of course a promenade where you can walk for hours.

Nea Epivates is almost connected to Perea, and the Agia Triada is close by. From Perea, a boat runs daily to the center of Thessaloniki. The ride takes 35 minutes and costs 6e per person. There is also a city bus to Thessaloniki. Halkidiki is only fifty kilometers away, so you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of this beautiful peninsula.

If you are shopping, Ikea, Jumbo and Cosmos, the largest shopping mall in Thessaloniki, are a short drive away. There is also a Lidl supermarket in Perja. Since the airport is close, the place is also attractive for people who come by plane.
