Downtown Luxury Studios is located in the second largest Greek city, but also the second most important port in Greece, the capital of Central Macedonia, the bride of Thermaic Bay, Thessaloniki, 21 km from the water amusement park Waterland. This accommodation is located in the part of Thessaloniki better known as Vardaris and just a few meters from the accommodation there are bakeries, supermarkets and everything you may need.

Within this accommodation, we offer four studios with a double bed and a sofa for two people, which are located on the third floor of a residential building with an elevator, and intended to accommodate a maximum of four adults. Two studios (No.1&2) do not have a balcony, while two studios (No.3&4) have a balcony equipped with seating.

On request, within the price, it is possible to add a cot.

Within this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a TV with Netflix streaming platform, a safe, a hairdryer, a bathroom with a washing machine for washing and drying clothes, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic rings and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Smoking is not allowed in this accommodation.

The cleaning of the accommodation during the stay is done by the guests themselves, and there is also the possibility of service cleaning for an additional fee per service. For stays longer than seven days, guests have at their disposal an additional set of bed linen and towels, which they can change themselves if they wish. For stays shorter than seven days, an additional set of bed linen and towels is not provided.

No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but parking is possible in the surrounding streets. In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation there is a private parking lot where parking is possible for an additional fee.

This accommodation is open throughout the year, and does not charge extra for the heating service outside the summer season.
