**Aiora Villa** is a recently renovated accommodation that harmoniously combines traditional style and modern details. The owners are extremely friendly and always available to guests.

The house is located in the traditional village of Theologos, known for the best lamb on the island. The nearest sandy beach is located in Potos, about 10 km away.

The building offers one four-bed studio unit (33m²) on the upper ground floor and one six-bed apartment with two bedrooms (55m²) on the first floor.

The four-bed studio has a double bed and a pull-out couch for two younger children up to 10 years old. The studio also has its own veranda with a table and chairs for sitting.

On the first floor there is an apartment with two separate bedrooms, in which there are double beds, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The apartment has a balcony, but without furniture; if necessary, guests can take the table and chairs out of the apartment to enjoy their stay on the terrace.

Both accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals, including a toaster, kettle and a large fridge. The apartment has a four-burner stove, while the studio has a two-burner stove. Wireless internet, TV, air conditioning and hair dryer are available to guests. The apartment has two air conditioners, and the studio has one. Both units have a washing machine with detergents provided. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub with a shower curtain.

Mosquito nets are installed on all doors and windows.

There is a barbecue in the yard that can be used by all guests, with the obligation to clean it after use. A table and chairs for sitting as well as deck chairs are also available.

The owners have provided an additional set of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning products, while the guests themselves take care of hygiene and changing during their stay.

The facility does not have private parking, but parking is possible near the accommodation.

If you are coming from the direction of Limenaria and Potos, from the intersection in Potos, drive on the main road towards the village of Teologos. After entering the village, follow the road that leads to the right. After approximately 550 m, you will see Lampiris Tavern on the left, and Aiora Villa is on the right.

If you are looking for accommodation in a quiet location, away from crowds and noise, Aiora Villa can be an excellent choice. We especially recommend it to lamb lovers, because Teologos is known for its excellent taverns and exceptional local cuisine.
