Our description
Accommodation is located in Limenas, about fifteen minutes walk from the center. From Dimitriadu Street, turn to the large Masutis market and continue straight for another 50 meters. You will see Hotel Thetis on the right.
This building consists of two buildings, with a total of 18 studios that can be double and triple, and two four-bed apartments. There are 12 accommodation units in the first building and eight in the second building. The first building was built in 1998, and the second in 2002. However, the owners are trying to improve the quality of accommodation every year by renovating part by part.
On the high ground floor of the first building, there are three double and three triple studios. On the first floor there are three double studios, two three-bed studios and one four-bed apartment, while on the top floor there is another four-bed apartment.
Double studios have one double or two connected single beds, while triple studios have one double and one single bed. The four-bed apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed.
On the ground floor of the second building there are two double studios, while on the first and second floor there are double and triple studios. These accommodation units are smaller than those in the first building.
The area of the apartment is about 45m2, the area of the studio in the first building is 25m2, while in the second building it is about 15m2.
Each accommodation unit is equipped with a kitchen, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, electric kettle, etc.
In this accommodation you can get a cot on request and guests have at their disposal a pool next to which there is a bar, so you can enjoy a drink.
The nearest supermarket and bakery are a 2-minute walk away, while the nearest beach is about 500m away.
Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed every three days, while bed linen is changed every fifth day.

Thetis Studios is located in beautiful surroundings just 5 minutes from the nearest sandy beach, cafés and restaurants and a little further from the center of Limenas, where there are various shops, bars and taverns.
Our hotel rests inside an old olive grove and courtyard that provides a sense of privacy and relaxation. In this magnificent green area there is a swimming pool surrounded by free sun loungers and parasols. A children’s pool is available for the youngest guests. There is also a pool bar, where you can quench your thirst and relax your body and mind. Enjoy delicious coffee, squeezed fruit juice, beer or any other beverage of your choice throughout the day.
Our recently renovated studios and apartments are beautifully furnished, large and spacious. They offer a kitchenette with electric stove, fridge, LCD TV, air conditioning and a balcony with beautiful views of the pool, courtyard and olive groves.
Wireless internet is currently available in the hotel courtyard and on the terraces of some rooms. The signal is planned to be strengthened so that for the summer of 2016, the WiFi signal will be available in all rooms.
No matter where you are located, all accommodation units are airy and bright with colored walls, wooden furniture, tiled floors and balconies overlooking the nature of Thassos.
Studios have a capacity of up to 3 and apartments up to 4 people, with beds for 2 people and sofas for 2 people. The studio for 2 people has a double bed, a kitchenette with 2 hotplates and air conditioning. The studio for 3 people has a kitchenette with 2 hotplates and air conditioning. The apartment with a bedroom for 4 people has a double bed and a sofa for 2 people, a kitchenette with 2 hotplates and air conditioning.
