Our description
Accommodation Stefania is located in Skala Potamia, very close to the center and all the facilities that this place has to offer. It is 120 meters away from the beach.
It has one apartment and eight studios. The apartment has a double bed and three single beds, while in the studios there are only single beds. All accommodation units have a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, TV, internet and mosquito nets. There is an unfenced shower in each bathroom.
Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels are provided and are done for three days.
The nearest market is 100 meters away and a bakery is 30 meters away. The accommodation has a private parking lot which is connected to the yard. There is a barbecue inside the yard.
If you want quality accommodation, close to the center and the beach itself, Stefania can be a good choice.

Stefania Studios is located on the main road, just 300 meters from the beach in Skala Potamia, and a short walk to the center with restaurants, markets, bars, a promenade and shops.
The building has a ground floor and two floors and tourists have at their disposal 1 apartment and 9 studios. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room. Studies can be double, triple, quadruple and five-bed.
Four studios have a double bed and the possibility of inserting an extra bed, so they can be sold as both double and triple. There are four four-bed studios. Only one studio has 4 standard beds, and the other three are triple with extra bed. It is the largest studio that accommodates 5 people, has 3 single beds and one sofa bed for two.
The studios and apartment are equipped with air conditioning, kitchen, refrigerator, TV and separate balconies. Also, all guests are provided with internet access (WiFi) and parking space.
Cleaning is done every other day, and bed linen and towels are changed in the middle of the stay.
The yard is large and very nicely decorated. If you come in large numbers, you will definitely enjoy socializing because there are 2 barbecues at your disposal, each with its own seating area (large table and chairs), as well as two large and well-equipped summer kitchens where you can store food with your friends. .
