If you are looking for a modernly equipped and new accommodation for your vacation, far from the typical crowd in Greek tourist places, then Q Casa Luxury Studios is an excellent choice for you. It is located in the village of Sikija, about 5 km from the beaches of the same name, as well as other beautiful beaches in this part of Sithonia.
The nearest supermarket, as well as the center of the village with cafes, taverns and bakeries, are located about 500m from the accommodation.
It is a house with five accommodation units, distributed on the ground floor and on the first floor.
The Gaia and Piedra studios are located on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children. The living room with kitchen has a double bed and a sofa bed for two people.
The Uranus studio is located on the first floor, can host a maximum of five people and consists of two levels. On the first level (at the level of the first floor) there is a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed for two people, while on the second level (at the level of the attic) there is a double bed and a single bed in the gallery.
The Verde Studio is located on the first floor, can host a maximum of five adults and one child, and consists of two levels. On the first level (at first floor level) there is a living room with a kitchen, a double bed and a sofa for one person, while on the second level (at the level of the attic) there are a double bed and a single bed.
The Altura apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate a maximum of seven adults. It has a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed and a bed for one person, in the second bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, WiFi internet access, hair dryer. If necessary, the owners can provide a cot for babies, and in agreement with the owners, a shared washing machine is also available.
The kitchens in the studios are equipped with a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a two-burner stove, a coffee machine, a kettle and necessary dishes. The kitchen in the apartment is equipped with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
The mixed units have terraces with table and chairs, with a view of the countryside.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three nights, and guests are only responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation. Small pets are allowed.
The accommodation does not have a yard, there is enough parking space in front of the house, but it is important to note that the streets in the village are quite narrow, which can be a challenge for drivers who are not used to such conditions.
