Niko's House is located in Sikia, the largest village on the Sithonia peninsula, about 4 km from the beach, which is considered one of the most beautiful in Halkidiki. There is a market 110m from the accommodation, and restaurants, cafes, bakeries and a pharmacy are also within walking distance.

We offer two apartments with a maximum capacity for two adults and three children. They are located on the high ground floor and have a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there is a single bed with a drawer bed and a folding armchair.

The apartments are air-conditioned and include TV, internet, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster and a kettle. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.

The balconies are equipped with seating and offer a view of the street. The yard is fenced and has a brick barbecue.

Pets are not allowed. There is a parking lot next to the accommodation.

Guests enter clean accommodation and take care of their own hygiene during their stay. After three days, they receive a clean set of bed linen and towels that they change themselves.

Niko's House is 141 km from Thessaloniki airport, 12 km from Sarti, and 9 km from Kalamitsi.
