One of the most popular accommodations in this destination
Sunset Beach Villa is located in Minia, just 30 meters from the landscaped sandy Spasmata Beach. Located on a large plot, with a beautiful yard and lots of greenery and flowers, it also offers guests private parking, a barbecue with dining sets and a small children's playground.

The place where this facility is located is characterized by a peaceful atmosphere, so it is suitable for all those whose main goal is to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of this interesting island.

The villa has a total of 12 apartments for 4-5 people, about 50m2. The apartments have either four single beds or a double bed and two single beds (with the possibility of adding a folding extra bed). Each apartment has two bedrooms (both with air conditioning and TV, as well as a terrace or porch with its own furniture), bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while cleaning is done every day.

Accommodation can be reached by going along the coastal road (parallel to the highway) from Argostoli, and at the accommodation Casa Buganvilla turn right. After turning into the second street on the right, keep straight for 700 meters, then turn right into the street and after 350 meters you will arrive at the accommodation located on the right side of the road.

The proximity of the beach is something that sets this facility apart from others in the same place. Just 30 meters from the Sunset Beach Villa, the sandy and landscaped Spasmata Beach is ideal for both seniors and seniors. The crystal blue water, which is characteristic of this part of the Ionian Sea, also contributes to the atmosphere.
