Our description
Accommodation Stegiovana Maisonettes is located not far from the center of Starvros, 100m from the beach. It has six comfortable penthouses, capacity for 4-5 people. A portable barbecue is available on request, which complements a real family holiday. Pets are also welcome.

The center is about 300m away, and the nearest market and bakery about 50m.

The area of the penthouse is 35-40m2. Three penthouses can accommodate five people. On the upper level there is a kitchen, double bed, TV and bathroom, while on the lower level there is one double and one single bed. Three penthouses can accommodate four people. On the upper level there are two single beds and air conditioning, while on the lower level there is a kitchen, a double bed, a TV and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped, has a refrigerator and stove, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain. Maisonettes have internal steps. It should be noted that the lower level of the maisonette on the ground floor is a few steps below ground level. The terraces are not physically separated from each other.

All penthouses are air conditioned, have internet access, TV and hairdryer.

Towels and linen are changed in the middle of the stay, while guests maintain the hygiene of their units.

Private parking is not provided, so guests park nearby.

To find accommodation, when you reach the roundabout in the center of Stavros and cross the bridge, turn right into the street after the market. The narrow maisonettes are in the first street, parallel to the one you turned off.

The house was last renovated in 2007 and is in good condition. It can be the right choice for those who want good accommodation in a quiet location in Stavros.

Stegiovana Maisonette is located in Stavros in the Thessaloniki region, in a place called Platania (after the plane trees) just 100m from the sea. Stavros is a summer destination built on the shores of Strimonikos Bay, just 70-80km from Thessaloniki, Kavala, Serres and Drama. The villa is located just 100m from the central beach in Stavros called Platania.

The villa contains six comfortable penthouses suitable for 2-6 people. But no matter how you visit Villa Stegiovana, with family or friends, our service will make your vacation enjoyable.
