Maritsa's Rooms is located in the new part of Stavros, only 60m from the beach. It offers its guests a very nicely decorated yard, with a common grill and space for sitting and dining, as well as a private parking lot.

The nearest store is 600m away, while the bakery is 1200m away, the same distance as the center.

It has two-bed studios (15m2), with a French bed or two joined single beds, and three-bed studios (about 20m2), with a French bed and a single bed or three single beds.

All units are air-conditioned, have internet access, TV, fully equipped kitchen (stove with two burners and a small refrigerator with a chamber), mosquito nets, bathroom and terrace.

Bed linen and towels are changed every third day, while hygiene in the studios is maintained by the guests themselves.

Maritsa's Rooms is ideal for families and travelers, who want a quiet vacation in excellent accommodation near the beach, and don't mind the slightly longer distance from the center of Stavros.
