Art Villa is located in the new part of Stavros, about 250 m from the beach and can host up to seven people. It is located in a quiet part of town and offers guests privacy, proximity to the beach, yard and private parking.
The center is about 800 m away, the nearest market is 250 m away, while the bakery is 650 m away.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishes, kettle, toaster, large fridge), with a dining table and two sofa beds. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. On the first floor there is a bedroom facing the sea, it has a double bed and an extra bed, and this room is not separated by a door from the lower part of the accommodation.
The villa has two verandas, one at the front and one at the back of the ground floor. The yard is fenced and landscaped and has a barbecue, as well as a seating and dining area with a parasol.
In front of the yard there is a private property that is used as a parking lot and it is possible to park several vehicles there.
Art Villa is ideal for families and travelers who want a quiet vacation in excellent accommodation near the beach and who don't mind a little more distance from the center of Stavros.
