Andreas Seaview House is located in the quiet town of Sozopol in Halkidiki, in the first row to the sandy beach, about 200 meters away. The entire house is rented out as a whole and can host up to 12 people, making it an ideal choice for larger families or a group of friends. A bakery, a restaurant and a market are located approximately 100 to 150 meters from the accommodation.

On the first level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a dining room and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, one single bed and a sofa bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. On the first floor there is a large living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with king size beds and a bathroom with a toilet.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, with two air-conditioning units on each floor. Free Wi-Fi internet, flat screen TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets, hair dryer and washing machine are at guests' disposal. The house has a kitchen on both floors, both fully equipped with a four-burner stove, large oven, large fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. An additional refrigerator is located in the yard. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower cabin, while the bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower with a curtain.

Guests can spend pleasant summer days on the enclosed veranda or balcony, equipped with seating and overlooking the sea. In the fenced yard there is also a barbecue, suitable for spending time with family and friends. Pets are allowed with prior notice and agreement with the owners.

Accommodation cleaning and bed linen change are done every three days. Parking is possible along the street in front of the house and there are generally enough free spaces.
