Owner's description
Our apartments are located near the beach in the village of Skotina in the Pieria area, 30km south of Katerini. The beach is 300m away, but easily accessible. The view of Mount Olympus, the mountain of the "Gods", enchants every visitor. There is also the Venetian fortress, Litohoro and the archeological site of Dion, which is close by. There are many beach bars, taverns, and entertainment clubs in the area. There are also supermarkets, bakeries, internet cafes and other shops that are there to meet all your needs. Access to our area is very easy via the regional highway, just an hour from Thessaloniki, 20 minutes from Katerini and 40 minutes from Larissa.

We are located on a green field covered with grass and a variety of trees and flowers.
The place is fenced and safe, which is ideal for children who can play freely.
Children have the opportunity to play thanks to the facilities on the lawn. It includes a volleyball court and a football pitch adapted for children and adults. There is a parking space in a spacious place. Our beautiful environment is ideal for relaxation and peace.

We have 14 furnished apartments with 2, 3 and 4 beds in two buildings.

Of these, 7 are located on the ground floor, 4 on the first floor and 3 on the second floor which are for guests of all ages, from couples to the elderly, and families with children.

Our main concern is to provide clean apartments, which is something basic that makes our guests happy. The apartments are very pleasant given the location of the building and given its main features - large terraces, and the spaciousness and comfort of the apartment.

In each apartment we have a stove, refrigerator and everything necessary for cooking.
For all those who love barbecue, there is a large space provided for that with all the necessary equipment.
Each apartment has a bathroom with hot water available at all times.
