Spyros Villa is located in a peaceful environment, between the idyllic places of Skala Rahoni and Skala Prinos in the north-west of the island of Thassos. Far from the crowds, and 600m away from the sandy beach, this accommodation provides the perfect environment for a peaceful holiday. With a modern and functional design, surrounded by greenery and nature, the accommodation is ideal for everyone who wants privacy, peace and escape from everyday life.
As part of this complex, there are five maisonettes on the high ground floor, identically decorated and intended for accommodation of seven people. Each of them spans three levels. On the first level, in the basement, there are two bedrooms with double beds, on the second level, on the upper ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the third level, on the first floor, there is a sleeping area with a double bed, which is not separated by a door from the lower level, and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa that can sleep one person.
Air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, stove with four glass ceramic rings and a large oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster are at guests' disposal.
Guests can enjoy the veranda equipped with seating and prepare a barbecue with family and friends.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and with an additional fee.
During their stay, guests are responsible for reflecting hygiene in the accommodation, as well as for changing bed linen and towels. For all bookings, there is a mandatory surcharge for the cleaning service at the end of the stay.
Guests can park their vehicles within the accommodation complex.
