Rania villa is located just a few minutes' drive from the popular Pahis beach and a few minutes' walk from the nearest beach in Skala Rahona, which is sandy and landscaped. It is accommodation with a beautiful yard, large lawn, barbecue and toys for children. The units are very decent and clean.
Rania Villa is located in Skala Rahoni, about 1.5 km (from the direction of Limenas) after the famous Pahis beach, on the left side of the highway.
The beach in Skala Rahona is 200 meters away.
It is a nice accommodation consisting of two buildings. In the first, central building, there are two apartments on the ground floor, and in the ground-floor building behind the central villa, there are four studios.
The apartments are very spacious (55m2) and consist of three rooms - two bedrooms and a separate kitchen with a dining room. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. These duplex apartments are suitable for a family or two couples, as the bedrooms are completely separate and air-conditioned. They have a TV and a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric water jug and toaster, and in front of the entrance there is a veranda with seating.
The studios (35m2) are also on the ground floor, in the building located behind the central one. There are four studios - one four-bed (double bed, one single and couch), two three-bed (double bed and one extra or standard bed) and one double (double bed).
All accommodation units have a hair dryer, a wireless internet signal and a baby cot, which can be obtained upon request when booking.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, and cleaning is done every day.
The yard is large and beautifully decorated, with toys and a green area for children. There is also a covered kiosk with a table and chairs for dining, resting and socializing in the shade, as well as a brick barbecue available to guests.
They have private parking, and pets are welcome, but this needs to be emphasized when booking.
The nearest supermarket is 100m away, and the nearest beach is only a two-minute walk from the villa. The beach is sandy, landscaped and has natural shade.
If you want decent and clean accommodation with a very nice yard, very close to the beach, Rania Villa is an excellent choice.
