Aktaia Fresh Studios is a facility that opens directly onto the beach, offering new, high-quality and modernly furnished studios. The spacious yard is beautifully decorated, full of greenery and completely safe for children to play, while a private, covered parking space is provided for guests.

The accommodation is located on the coast in a quiet place Skala Rahoni and has a total of eight accommodation units.

Accommodation structure

All studios have an area of 23 m2 and are designed for up to three people. They are arranged on two levels: Four studios on the ground floor Four studios on the first floor

All units are identical in structure and equipment, and contain one double bed and one single bed. Four studios offer a direct view of the sea (partially obscured by the trees in front of the building), while the other four units look towards the mountain and the courtyard.

Equipment and facilities

The studios are designed to provide maximum comfort and include: Air conditioning and TV Mosquito nets on the windows Kitchenette equipped with coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle Baby cot (available on request) Beach chairs provided by the property owners

Services and maintenance

Units are cleaned every two days. Sheets and towels are changed every two days. Covered parking space inside the yard is provided.

Location and access

The property can be reached from the direction of Limenas by turning right at the sign for "Hara" beach and driving straight to Sotiria Studios accommodation. After that, you need to turn right and continue straight to the Aktaia Fresh facility itself.
