Billena Villa is a very nice, new facility with a heavenly landscaped, fenced yard, so even the youngest visitors can enjoy and run around safely. The accommodation is very meticulously maintained and the owners pay special attention to providing their guests with everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
The accommodation is located on the main road that passes through Skala Potamija, about 800m from the center and about 900m from the beach.
Billena Villa has a total of four rooms on the ground floor. Two double rooms face the large yard, while one triple and one four-bed room overlook a small yard at the back of the house.
Room No. 1: consists of one double bed and one single bed, which can be pulled out from under the French bed. It is a standard bed that comes flush with a French bed.
Room no. 2: like room no. 1, this accommodation unit also contains one double bed and one single bed that can be pulled out from under the double bed.
Room No. 3: consists of a French bed and one sofa bed for two small children or one adult. We must mention that the space in the room is significantly narrowed if the sofa is stretched out.
Room No. 4: consists of one French bed and two sofa beds. If both couches are stretched out, it affects the space in the room itself, but there is still enough space.
The furniture is new and modern, and the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, although slightly smaller (about 12m2). The rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, hairdryer, safety deposit box, veranda, WiFi internet and mosquito nets.
For the 2025 season, a complete renovation of all accommodation units is being carried out.
Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done every three days.
The fantastically landscaped yard is full of shade, grass, toys for children, seating, benches, olive trees and flowers. In the yard you will find darts, chess and other board games, and there is also a summer house with a brick barbecue, a dining table and a fully equipped shared kitchen. The second shared kitchen is located in the house, at the back. The courtyard can only be entered with a key, which guests receive with the room key. Private parking is provided to all guests of this accommodation.
Since it is located on the main road, you will be able to spot this accommodation very easily. Seen from the direction of Limenas, this accommodation is on the right side of the main road and is very well signposted.
If you want very high-quality accommodation, with a large yard for adults and children, a large and clean kitchen for preparing meals and enough parking space, Billena Villa is an excellent choice.
