Nostalgia Villa is located in Skala Potamia and is an excellent choice for a peaceful family vacation. As it is an independent building, guests are provided with complete privacy, while a beautifully landscaped yard and a fully equipped kitchen allow for a pleasant stay and a feeling of being at home.
The villa is located about 500 meters from the main pedestrian zone, market, taverns and cafes, as well as from the beach, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the promenade. Nostalgia Villa is one of five villas within the same complex and is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and another bathroom. The maximum capacity of the villa is up to seven people. In the living room there is a sofa for three people, while upstairs in one bedroom there is a double bed, and in the other two single beds joined together. Both bedrooms have a balcony with a partial sea view. The total area of the villa is about 90m².
The accommodation has Wi-Fi internet, TV and air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four rings and an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle and a coffee machine. A well-maintained, fenced yard with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and a shared swimming pool are available to guests, which are used by all guests of the complex.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every three days. The yard is spacious, full of greenery and natural shade, ideal for relaxing and spending time outdoors.
The accommodation does not have a private parking lot, but guests can park their vehicles in front of the facility. Coming from the direction of Limenas and the village of Panagia, after the Alpha Bank ATM and the car wash, you need to turn left, then turn left again into the first street.
Nostalgia Villa is an excellent choice for families or groups who want comfort, peace and their own space, close to the beach and all the facilities that Skala Potamia has to offer.
