Melida Studios is located in the center of town, in the immediate vicinity of the promenade, the beach, shops, taverns and cafes. The yard is well maintained, and the accommodation units have everything necessary for a nice and pleasant stay.
Accommodation is located in Skala Potamia. The first grocery store and bakery are located right across the street, while the beach is 200m from the property.
There are five units on offer (three studios and two apartments) that can accommodate two to four people and are located on the first floor. Melida Studios has three double studios and two apartments with a separate bedroom.
Double studios are numbered 1, 2 and 4 and are identically furnished. They consist of one double bed.
The apartments are numbered 3 and 5. Each has a separate bedroom. In the bedroom of apartment number 3 there is a double bed, while in the living room with the kitchen there is a single bed and a pull-out bed. In the bedroom of apartment number 5 there is a double bed, while in the living room with the kitchen there is a sofa for two people.
Regarding the view, studio number 1 overlooks the surrounding mountains, studio number 2 overlooks the courtyard and the street, while studio number 4 has a partial view of the sea. Apartment number 3 overlooks the street and partially the sea, while apartment number 5 overlooks the mountain and partially the sea.
All units have wireless internet, TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, kitchen, standard refrigerator with freezer and balcony. A baby cot is available on request.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every two days.
The yard is nicely decorated and fenced, so the youngest visitors can play carefree.
There is no private parking, but guests can park their vehicles in front of the accommodation or in the nearby streets, where there is usually a free space.
