Maria & Sofia Studios is an accommodation with a heavenly courtyard, which is one of the most beautifully decorated courtyards in Skala Potamia. The yard is very spacious and fenced, so the youngest visitors can safely play and run around. A brick barbecue is also available to guests.

The accommodation is located in Skala Potamija. It is 650m from the beach, while it is about 1km from the town center.

Maria & Sofia Studios consists of five air-conditioned studios (25m2) with a kitchenette, refrigerator, TV, bathroom with shower and a medium-sized terrace with a dryer and a beautiful view of the yard and the surrounding mountains. Also, the studios have heating for cool spring and autumn evenings.

All studios are located on the same level, on the high ground floor. Double studios have one double bed. In all two-bed studios, it is possible to insert an extra bed for a third person. Four-bed studios consist of a French bed and a bunk bed.

Cleaning is done every other day, and towels and bed linen are changed every 3-4 days.

They are surrounded by a yard of 4000m2, with plenty of trees and different flowers that create a relaxed and refreshing atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the shade and have fun while barbecuing, and children can play safely in the yard with swings, slides and swings. There is also a fully equipped summer kitchen in the yard, and there is a private parking lot in the shade.

The nearest supermarket and bakery are 200m away, and only a few minutes of walking separates you from Skala Potamije and many restaurants, fast food stores, cafes, handicraft shops, supermarkets and other tourist facilities.

Very close to this accommodation there are bus and taxi stands, gas stations and ATMs, and there is a section with organized water sports on the Golden beach.

The easiest way to get to this accommodation is by turning off the main road, from the direction of Limenas, at the Korina Hotel and driving until you see the Maria & Sofia accommodation sign on your left.
